When it comes to gratuities we like to say “Let your conscience be your guide”…. Your chauffeur depends on gratuities as part of their income and will make every effort that your trip is pleasant, worry free, and a cut above – always Dependable and On-time! (15% to 20% is considered standard within the industry)

Payments for service(s) are made at the end of your trip. Pre-payment arrangement available (a 15% gratuity will be added). Rapid detailed receipts to reconcile expenses are available. We accept cash, credit, and debit cards.

It’s easy as 1, 2, 3… you don’t have to worry about a thing. We track your flights arrival. Whether your flight is early, late or on-time we’ll be there for you.

You will have direct contact with your driver who will be waiting, in a staging area, on airport property when you land. Simply turn your cell phone on and check your TEXT. It’s that easy!

Your chauffeur will have sent a TEXT, before you landed, be sure to reply to his TEXT.

Once you have de-planed, you will be instructed to gather your luggage, go outside to the WHITE-curb and TEXT the number of the column you are standing next to.

Your driver will TEXT his vehicle description, color, what to look for and how long it will be before he arrives at your location. A typical wait time is only minutes – usually 5 to 10 – depending upon traffic.

It doesn’t get any easier than this! By choosing curbside pick-up you will be saving yourself both time and money.

YES it is secure – absolutely secure! All orders and payment transactions are done over a Secure Encrypted Website. Your information will not be sold, loaned or given to third parties!

Yes, should you need it, we are here to help you 24/7! We want your experience to be a pleasant and memorable one.

To continue providing excellent service, we need a two (2) hour notice to cancel or change any reservation. However we will always try to accommodate you. If you cancel your trip with less than a two (2) hour notice or are a “No-show” you may incur a nominal fee to cover expenses.

If child car or booster seats are needed, customers may bring their own or for a nominal fee we will provide them to use.

Yes, absolutely! We love pets and we allow them in our vehicles. We only request that all pets be in a kennel with the exception of assisted living dogs. This is for your pets comfort and safety as well as the next passenger who may have allergies and/or be wearing a nice dark suit fresh from the cleaners and not wanting to pick up animal-hair on it.

While we do not charge for pets, a nominal $25 cleaning fee will be charged if the pet soils in the vehicle.

All of our vehicles are smoke-free!

Drinking alcohol is prohibited in our vehicles.

It’s easy! You can either book a trip on-liine,(put a Get a Quote button here), by TEXT or phone (do NOT show the phone number or link the word “Phone” to call the number on mobile devices) Once you’ve booked your trip a Ride-confirmation will be immediately emailed to you.

The rule of thumb is three (3) bags per person. We don’t charge for oversized luggage but please let us know about the luggage you will be bringing so we may provide you with an appropriately sized vehicle

The rule of thumb for Domestic Flights is to arrive 2 hours before boarding.

On International Flights It is recommended to arrive 3 hours before boarding. Plan so you have enough travel time to comfortably arrive at the airport stress free. Also remember, traffic can vary by the day as well as the time of day – which can affect your travel time to the airport.

This is our VIP service.

1) Your personal chauffeur will go into the baggage claim with a sign bearing your name and/or company.

2) After making contact, he will help with your luggage and walk you to the curb.

3) The chauffeur will retrieve the vehicle and immediately swing back to pick you up.

This service is especially helpful for overseas guest, single parents with small children, elderly or anyone requiring help with their luggage. Airport Meet & Greet takes only an extra 15 to 20 minutes of your time so the charge for this is a nominal $25

We do charge for waiting time. You have a 15 minute grace period, after that a waiting charge may be assessed in 15 minute increments. We ask you to please keep in mind that other people are scheduled to be picked up after you. In our world, the client is first and we strive to be on-time for all.

We do not charge for waiting time on airport, cruise terminals or train stations pick-ups.

All unscheduled stops could result in additional charges.

Toll roads may be requested by passengers. Unless a toll-road transponder is provided by the customer the toll amount, plus $2, will be added to the bill.

All airport fees, required by different airports, will be included in your Guaranteed Flat Rate. (suggested airport pick-up charges? LAX $7.00, SNA $3.00)
