These Terms of Service govern your use of the OC Executive Cars website and services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
OC Executive Cars provides executive car and limousine transportation services across Orange County, California. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or by text. A minimum of two (2) hours notice is required to cancel or change any reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a nominal fee.
Rates and Payment
All rates are guaranteed flat rates quoted at the time of booking. No hidden fees, surge pricing, or waiting-time charges while en route. Payment is accepted via cash, credit, and debit cards. Pre-payment arrangements are available with a 15% gratuity added.
Liability
OC Executive Cars holds TCP-38439 transportation permit and maintains full insurance coverage. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
